  • Send us an enquiry here via our contact form and we will come back to you with availability.

  • We offer a minimum 3 nights in off peak and a minimum of 7 nights in school holidays and other peak times.

  • For weekends our changeover days are three nights from Friday to Monday

    Short mid-week breaks are possible for a minimum of 3 nights off peak dependent on availability

    For weekly bookings you can book Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday

  • Once you have selected your dates we will send you a booking email which will agree your dates, what to pay and when.

    From here we invite you to pay your deposit or full balance by online bank transfer or cheque depending on the lead time for your holiday.

    We will confirm your booking on a confirmation email once we receive your funds.

  • If your booking start date is more than 8 weeks away you will be asked to pay a non refundable deposit.

    This deposit is 10% of the Rental Fee. The balance of the Rental Fee is payable 8 weeks before the start of the Rental Period.

    The entire Rental Fee is payable at the same time as your Booking if the Booking is made 8 weeks or less before the start of the Rental Period.

  • All cancellations need to be made by email to hello@thenormansnorfolk.co.uk and may incur as stated in the terms and conditions agreed at your time of booking.

    The amount payable is set out below, where number of days refers to the number of days notice given at cancellation prior to Rental Period start date, and the Cost refers to the percentage of the Rental Fee of the Selected Property:

  • Please be reassured our team are doing all they can to minimise the risk of COVID-19 infection to both clients and our housekeeping team. Please find further information here

  • You can arrive at The Normans from 4pm and checkout is by 10am. Should you arrive early you are welcome to park at the front of the house after 11am but please check with our house keeper first.

  • We welcome young families and offer the use of high chair and travel cot during your stay. However, as with all old houses there are unseen hazards and we ask that you be watchful of your little ones. Especially the stairs which are wide and we are therefore unable to offer a stairgate.

  • Available on request, please ask in advance of your stay.

  • Yes towels and bedlinen are included in your stay along with tea towels and cloth in the kitchen. Please note beach towels are not provided.

  • Yes there is parking for 5 cars available in front of the house, contact us if you anticipate need more spaces.

  • Yes, please see our ‘Area’ page for our most up to date recommendations

  • For the benefit of all our guests we don’t take any pets at the present time.

  • Yes recreational WIFI is available throughout the house

  • Yes we have one cot and one high chair available just let us know and we will make sure they are set up ready for your stay.

  • We just ask that to assist our housekeeper that you strip your beds and bag the bedlinen in the bags provided in each bedroom.
